{"id":375,"date":"2024-04-08T10:51:52","date_gmt":"2024-04-08T14:51:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/educacion.udd.cl\/cima\/?p=375"},"modified":"2024-04-15T10:53:28","modified_gmt":"2024-04-15T14:53:28","slug":"investigadores-cima-se-adjudican-fondo-del-cned-para-estudiar-vinculacion-entre-escuela-y-empresa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/educacion.udd.cl\/cima\/2024\/04\/08\/investigadores-cima-se-adjudican-fondo-del-cned-para-estudiar-vinculacion-entre-escuela-y-empresa\/","title":{"rendered":"Investigadores CIMA se adjudican fondo del CNED para estudiar vinculaci\u00f3n entre escuela y empresa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>La propuesta de Educaci\u00f3n UDD fue seleccionada entre 94 proyectos admisibles, con 85 con foco en investigaci\u00f3n y 9 en experiencias y buenas pr\u00e1cticas.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto \u201cFacilitadores y barreras para la articulaci\u00f3n entre la educaci\u00f3n media t\u00e9cnico profesional y el sector productivo: lecciones de la implementaci\u00f3n de un programa de alcance nacional\u201d, a cargo de las investigadoras Soledad Ort\u00fazar y Montserrat Cubillos del Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n para la Mejora de los Aprendizajes (CIMA) de la Facultad de Educaci\u00f3n de la UDD, fue uno de los seis proyectos seleccionados de la Decimoctava Convocatoria de Consejo Nacional de Educaci\u00f3n (CNED).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este financiamiento apoyar\u00e1 un innovador proyecto enfocado en estudiar c\u00f3mo ha funcionado el programa Cauce, una iniciativa conjunta entre INACAP y la CPC (Confederaci\u00f3n de la Producci\u00f3n y el Comercio), el cual busca potenciar el v\u00ednculo entre los establecimientos educacionales que ofrecen formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y las empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Espec\u00edficamente, el proyecto se centrar\u00e1 en identificar la percepci\u00f3n que tienen los participantes del programa\u2014estudiantes, supervisores, directivos\u2014sobre las ventajas y los obst\u00e1culos que tiene el v\u00ednculo escuela-empresa. Para lograr un an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo, el equipo aplicar\u00e1 m\u00e9todos de investigaci\u00f3n variados, incluyendo encuestas, entrevistas y grupos focales. Esta metodolog\u00eda permitir\u00e1 no solo entender la relaci\u00f3n actual entre escuelas y empresas sino tambi\u00e9n proponer estrategias innovadoras para fortalecer esta conexi\u00f3n. Se anticipa que los hallazgos proporcionar\u00e1n un marco que orientar\u00e1 a las escuelas y empresas hacia colaboraciones efectivas, impulsando as\u00ed la educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico-profesional con miras hacia el mercado laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa expectativa es que esta iniciativa promueva un di\u00e1logo m\u00e1s enriquecedor y productivo entre las instituciones de ense\u00f1anza y el mundo empresarial\u201d, se\u00f1ala la directora acad\u00e9mica de CIMA, Montserrat Cubillos, y agrega que \u201cesperamos generar ventajas compartidas para la apertura de nuevos caminos en el crecimiento e innovaci\u00f3n en el pa\u00eds\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNos sentimos muy honrados de haber sido seleccionados entre todos los proyectos y estamos seguros que este estudio permitir\u00e1 consolidar m\u00e1s y mejores experiencias que vinculen la educaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnico-profesional y el sector empresarial\u201d, finaliza la acad\u00e9mica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La propuesta de Educaci\u00f3n UDD fue seleccionada entre 94 proyectos admisibles, con 85 con foco en investigaci\u00f3n y 9 en experiencias y buenas pr\u00e1cticas.
